practice of a Tantric technique
A 15-minute “after-glow” after each session to continue connecting and sharing in the gifts of our sangha.
Liberation teachings are based in the embodied understanding and practice of the Consciousness of Oneness, Non-Duality.
Drop in any week, no RSVP needed.
Please note: We close the room at 7:20pm so that we can share a container with agreements for each session.

Tuesday Evening Tantra Sangha
Join us on Tuesdays at 7-8pm PST for your weekly dose of Liberation community and practice. Drop-in each week, and arrive by 7:20pm please.
We’ll also stay for a 15-minute “after-glow” after each session (from 8:00-8:15pm) to continue connecting and sharing in the gifts of our sangha.
Community agreements (listed below) will be shared at the beginning of each gathering to create as safe a space as possible. Awareness of identities, oppression and historic accessibility (and non-accessibility) of spiritual teachings is acknowledged.
Please be aware of our 3 simple AGREEMENTS for any TIS gathering:
1) Confidentiality – Share your own experience only. No names or personal references outside our container.
2) Take Care of Yourself – You are empowered to create your best safe experience. This means take breaks when you need, only consent to what you’re a Hell Yes to, and honor yourself in everything you do and say.
3) Listen & Share from the Heart – Speak in I-Statements, don’t interpret/give advice on others’ experience unless invited, honor identities and individual experiences, let every voice speak for themselves.
