Meet The Tantra Immersion Team
Tantra Immersion began offering non-dual classical Tantra teachings in the style of Hridaya Yoga in 2018 in Seattle, then shifted online in the early days of 2020. We are honored to continue supporting seekers to dive into their spiritual journey through the profound embodied liberation path of Tantra.
Grace Bryant
Founder & Facilitator
Grace (they/them) loves inviting people into the joyful challenge of genuine spiritual living, with all of its discomfort, shadows and paradigm shifts. They do this through silence, embodiment, sexuality & intimacy, community building, anti-oppression, and dismantling inherited and created conditions, all on the way to personal transformation.
Grace has been a whole life educator for two decades, integrating drama, music, movement, meditation and yoga, mindful living, creative play, teamwork, conscious collaboration, anti-racism, community building and leadership. They have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2007. Grace offers spiritual mentorship, relationship and intimacy coaching, as well as holistic life coaching and integration, using touch & bodywork, energy work, emotional awareness and mindfulness. They are exceptionally grateful for all the communities, colleagues and badass people in their life who inspire creativity in the chaos and have taught them so many tools of radical acceptance, and personal and societal dismantling.

Jess Epps
Facilitator
Jess has been practicing with Grace and Hridaya Northwest (feel free to change the wording here if you'd like) for seven years. They are particularly interested in contributing to work that challenges Western assumptions about yoga and that increases accessibility for all types of bodies and minds. Jess strives to and enjoys finding unique ways to apply the teachings and practices of Tantra to all aspects of a busy life in order to integrate daily living into spirituality. Beyond spiritual study they are a bit of a geek - enjoying deep conversations about life, death, Star Trek, medicine, and basically anything that friends want to geek out about.
Michelle Raine
Facilitator
Michelle Raine (she/her/hers) is a long time yogi who has been weaving yoga into her spiritual journey for 18 years. She found her way to Tantra through silent meditation retreats 5 years ago and continues to seek the Spiritual Heart daily. Her love of tacos, chocolate and The Great British Baking Show are second only to Tantra and finding the sacred in the mundane.
Michael Williams
Assistant Facilitator
Michael lives in Bellevue, WA, near Cougar Mountain where he loves to walk in the woods with his wife and sweet dog. He is a professional and seasoned mentor, confidante, and guide, drawing from a rich tapestry of life experiences to support individuals on their journey to happiness and success.

His personal journey, marked by the challenges of caregiving, major loss and rebuilding, has honed his ability to listen with empathy and understanding. Michael embodies the qualities of honor, respect, and insight while empowering his clients to explore their own solutions and navigate difficult realms on their personal and spiritual growth journey.
He is honored and excited to support aspiring students and practitioners on their path to greater authenticity and fulfillment.
Angela Bohl
Facilitator
Angela’s life work has followed two parallel paths: a deep desire for social and ecological justice, and an equally deep inner journey of self-inquiry. After years of working for social change and sustainability, she fell in love with yoga, which became both a source of profound personal healing and the missing link between individual awakening and the collective transformation she longed to see in the world. A devoted practitioner and facilitator of non-dual Tantra yoga, Angela also offers support as a transformational coach, mindfulness mentor, and healing circle guide, and feels immense gratitude for the opportunity to share these powerful teachings in service of peace and freedom for all. She lives in Northern California with her wife and two dogs, where she loves renovating their old house, dancing, and planning her next travel adventure.

Tantric Courses
Join one of our Tantric courses today!
We offer several types of courses. Intro to Tantra is a great place for everyone to start. This 3-hour online workshop answers quintessential questions, like: What is Tantra? What is Tantric Yoga? Why is Tantra relevant now? You’ll get a taste of Tantric spiritual practice and theory, as well as have your burning questions answered.
The Tantra Immersion Yearlong Cohort (TIYC) meets weekly online for 12 months, with a few optional in-person gatherings, and is the foundation of all of our teachings. If you’re interested in this cohort, it’s never too early to reach out so we can save you a spot in an upcoming program. Featuring Tantric meditation and spiritual teachings, discussing mindful intimacy and personal growth, and touching on so much more, the yearlong cohort can be a stepping stone for positive change.
The Continuing Modules are available to anyone who has taken the TIYC and are offered on Tantra and Tantra-adjacent topics.
We also offer free weekly sangha gatherings, which will start again February 3, 2026. Sangha refers to a spiritual community or a community in search of Truth, the Truth of our Being. Weekly sangha is open to anyone, any time and is offered by donation. Simply sign up for the email reminder list and we’ll send you the link to sangha each Tuesday.
We are a sibling organization with Hridaya Northwest, offering silent meditation retreats in the Pacific Northwest. The teachings between Tantra Immersion and the Hridaya Northwest retreats overlap and deeply complement one another.
