Tantra Modules
Tantra Modules: Where All of You is Welcome
Tantra modules expand the breadth and depth of a Tantric life, deepening our on- and off-the-mat daily practice. Each module is a focused exploration into the living teachings of Tantra Yoga — offering practical tools, contemplative study, and embodied practices you can carry directly into your daily life.
These modules are open to any aspirant—those new to Tantra practice looking for a meaningful place to begin or graduates of the Tantra Immersion Yearlong Cohort or any Hridaya Yoga or Hridaya Northwest programs. Whether you're taking your first steps into Tantra Yoga or continuing a practice you've carried for years, these modules meet you where you are—here, where all of you is welcome.
Topics are oriented toward deepening our consciousness, our spiritual paradigm, and our daily integrated practices — guiding you along your spiritual journey toward personal transformation, awakening, and embodied Non-Dual understanding. This is embodied wisdom, collective liberation in practice: teachings lived in the body, realized in community.
What You'll Explore in a Tantra Module:
Classical Tantric teachings, drawn from a lineage of embodied wisdom
Practical techniques for integrating Tantra Yoga into daily life — on and off the mat
Contemplative study of consciousness, Non-Duality, and spiritual paradigm
Community practice, learning alongside fellow aspirants on the path toward collective liberation
Personal transformation, supported by consistent, guided spiritual practice
Each module stands on its own as a complete offering, while also building toward the deeper study found in our Tantra Immersion School.

Our unique facilitators and team work to accommodate as many learning styles as possible.
For visual learners, there are written materials and occasional slide presentations. For auditory learners, we translate our written materials into audio format, and each class teaching is recorded and available after classes. Our embodied practices, including Hridaya Hatha Yoga, is a kinesthetic learning practice in itself.
We encourage discussion at multiple points during classes for those that learn in an interpersonal way. Instructors and facilitators can arrange for office hours if questions surface that are not addressed during class. Most importantly, our team is here to help with accommodation needs as they arise.

One of our community agreements is to take care of yourself and your body. It's common these days to feel some resistance to more digital time — and understandably so. Virtual spiritual practice and online community are still new territory for our culture; this format doesn't fit everyone's needs in the same way. We hold most courses and gatherings online because it allows us to reach and welcome folks from around the world.
Our facilitators are here to help you find ways to engage that feel nourishing, not draining. If you have specific accommodation needs, please reach out — we're glad to discuss how we can support you.
Possible modifications include:
A 1:1 check-in before, during, or after a class
Keeping your camera on or off, as needed
Staying for most of a gathering, but stepping away if you feel drained by being online
Joining by phone and moving your body or walking during the teaching portions of class
For those seeking in-person connection:
Our Yearlong Cohort includes quarterly local gatherings and a Silent Meditation Retreat
Our sibling organization, Hridaya Northwest, offers several annual Silent Meditation Retreats in the Northwestern U.S.
